INSURANCE MANAGEMENT
We will solicit insurance bids from multiple carriers to bring you the best coverage at the lowest cost. In claims we get the best settlement possible.
ADMINISTRATIVE
Communication is important to a successful association and management company. Our team responds quickly to all homeowner calls and written communications.
BOARD MEETINGS
Preparation of financial reports and other reports as required by the board for the quarterly board meetings and annual owner meetings. Option for additional meetings.
LEGAL REPRESENTATION
We communicate with your HOA’s law firm to answer questions posed by the board to address legal issues that may arise in the community.
LEGISLATIVE REVIEW
We keep the Board up to date with the latest legislation. Managers attend legal updates and review legislation.
PAYMENTS
Provide homeowners the ability to make electronic payments through the website portal via e-check, ACH or Credit Cards.
DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS
We actively monitor homeowner delinquent accounts. Notices are sent to the owner via postal service and electronic communications.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
Bi-weekly inspections of the entire community to check for maintenance concerns and covenant enforcement.
WORK ORDERS
Owners work requests are received through the community website, approved by the board, monitored and tracked.
COMMUNITY RULES
Our team will have thorough knowledge of your condo declaration, bylaws and Community Rules and Regulations.
REPORTING
Weekly activity reports are provided to the board of directors. Monthly financials and yearly reports to be provided to the Board.
VENDORS /CONTRACTORS
Monitor and communicate with vendors/contractors.We work at the direction of the board regarding various projects.
AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY
We are on-call 24/7 for emergency maintenance situations.
