CG3 is your back office!
Invoices, accounts receivables, accounts payables, banking, reconciliation, account statements and monthly financial reports. Preparation of the annual budget, tracking of all expenses and attention to budget variances. We work with the board to bring the financials to them in the format they choose. We use a local bank for the associations banking needs. A board member can be a check signer. CG3 can assist with obtaining HOA loans as well.
