Tammy Combs began her career managing apartments in the D/FW area including rent collections, evictions, preparing budgets, staffing and vendors. She transitioned to HOA management with a large Dallas-based, property company where she oversaw a portfolio of single-family neighborhoods including a community of over 3,000 homes. After acquiring her real estate license she worked with a brokerage specializing in residential homes and condominiums where she developed extensive knowledge in HOA rules and regulations.
Richard’s background includes multiple business startups, new business development and the buying and selling of residential and commercial properties. As a home builder and general contractor, he has built and sold homes in the mid-cities area and southern Johnson County.
Yolanda’s role on the team includes customer service, accounting, bookkeeping, office management, and commercial property management. Her experience includes work in the legal field as well as management with a real estate investment company. Yolanda earned a BS in Paralegal Studies from Texas Wesleyan University.
